CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure fairness to all our clients and to respect our groomers’ time, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy: • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all no-call/no-show appointments and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. • Late Arrivals: • If you are 15–20 minutes late but provide at least one hour’s notice before your appointment, no extra fee will apply. • If you are 15–20 minutes late without notice, a $10 late fee will apply. • If you are 30 minutes late, with or without notice, your appointment will be canceled. • If there is a no-call/no-show or if you reschedule, the deposit will be applied toward the next appointment. If the same issue happens at the next appointment, Grooming with Kai will retain your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair schedule for all of our valued clients.
