CANCELLATION POLICY

✂️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our groomers’ time:     • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee (or $15 deposit) will be charged for all •No-call/no-show appointments and all cancellations • If you no-show more than once, you will be banned from receiving any services provided by Grooming with Kai 🕐 Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to avoid delays or cancellation of your appointment:     •    15–20 minutes late with at least 1 hour’s notice before your appointment — No fee     •    15–20 minutes late without notice — $10 late fee     •    30 minutes late, with or without notice — Appointment will be canceled 💳 Deposit & Rescheduling     • If you reschedule 3+ days before your appointment, your deposit will roll over to the next appointment. • Rescheduling for your next appointment must be done within the same day to avoid deposit from being retained. • If the same issue occurs again, Grooming with Kai will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. • reschedules made <3 days will be considered a cancellation and you will have pay another deposit for a new appointment ⏰ Late Pickup Policy Please pickup your pet on time to avoid fees. •    Grooming with Kai provides a 15-minute notice before your pet is ready for pick-up.     •    A late pick-up fee of $15 every 30 minutes will apply if your pet is not picked up on time.     •    This fee applies regardless of whether you notified us in advance about being late.
